Role: US HR/US HR Operations Location: Hyderabad Office Job Summary: The US HR Specialist - is responsible for managing the Full Time offers, contractual agreements and documentation related to staffing and recruitment processes. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, negotiating and finalizing contracts, and supporting the HR team in maintaining efficient staffing operations. Key Responsibilities Minimum 8 years of experience in contract management or HR roles within the US staffing industry. Strong knowledge of US staffing laws, regulations, and industry practices. Familiarity with Full time offers, various types contracts used in staffing, such as MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs. Excellent negotiation and contract drafting skills. Ability to analyze and interpret legal and contractual documents. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in contract review and management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office applications. Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
