We're #Hiring! Join Our Team as an US Payroll Executive Experience: (1-3) years Location : Gurgaon (Onsite ) Work Mode : Hybrid (3 days office 2 day Wfh ) Shift : US Shift (6:30 pm to 3:30am) Job Requirement : Good Knowledge of US end to end payroll activities & US Taxes. Knowledge of processing payroll for clients employee. Deduction setup, checking Standard deduction, New Hires & Terminations. Reconciliation of taxes, Garnishment & 401k contributions. Knowledge of W4, W2 form & Amendment activities. Resolving employee Queries over call & emails. Payroll Tool Knowledge like ADP Workforce, Quick Books. Weekly & Month End Reporting. Work closely with the team to ensure quality parameters & TAT met. Excellent in MS- Excel like VLOOKUP, Pivot table etc. What Were Looking For: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
