US Non-IT Recruiter Role and Responsibilities: 3 to 6 years of experience in US Non-IT recruitment & sourcing. Must have experience working on US State Clients' Non-IT requirements Strong experience hiring W2 candidates for full-time and contract positions. (No corp-to-corp) Strong experience hiring US Citizens and Green Card holders. Understand each job description and develop creative ways to recruit the best talent for our direct clients. Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects using Oorwin ATS Source and recruit candidates using job boards, internal databases, social media, etc. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Work Night Shift as per US hours
