Job Title: US IT Recruiter (Night Shift) Location: Chennai (Medavakkam) Exp required: 6 months to 2 years Salary: As per industry standard Roles and responsibilities: • Should have at least 6 months to 2 years of experience in the US IT staffing industry. • Must have strong experience in sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates technically • Have good experience with end to end technical recruitment process across various Information Technologies. • Must have experience with all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp) • Need strong experience in negotiating compensation to close a candidate. • Experience in using recruiting portals such as Dice, Monster and social sites like LinkedIn. • Must have very good oral and written skills in English. • Maintaining the database of all consultants. hashtag#Freshers interested in the hashtag#recruitment industry may also apply !!!
