Title: Assistant Operations Manager Location: Noida (Onsite) Shift : UK and US (As per the business needs) Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Operations/Assistant Operations Manager who can help us in managing multiple Recruitment processes across the technical domains. To be a successful candidate for this role, you MUST HAVE solid knowledge of various technical domains and related terminologies. This is a strategic role within the organization which deals with multiple recruitment strategies aligned with business goals. In this role you will be supporting the team in achieving their KPIs/SLA and will report the QX management and clients with required details. Job Responsibilities: Ensure the team performance is always up as per the SLA agreed. If required, train and provide hands on support to the team. Design, monitor and analyze Performance Matrix as per the process and feedback the team(s) accordingly for capturing the areas of improvement. Ensure the daily, weekly and monthly SLA is achieved from all the team members. Take care of the team attendance, shrinkage and attrition to avoid the production loss. Liaison with clients and management for reporting and escalation management. Actively involve in team level decision making, QA/QC audits, and take initiative to improve the overall performance. Job Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent, masters preferred. MUST HAVE 2+ Years of experience managing a team of 30+ Recruiters dealing in multiple domains recruitment market. Solid communication and relationship management skills are ESSENTIAL for this role Need to have very good analytical skills to make the right decisions in real time. Sound knowledge of Job boards and ATSs. MUST HAVE proven experience with People, Process and Performance management. Knowledge of recruitment markets and latest trends is good to have.
