Your role involves identifying qualified candidates through job boards and social media, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial interviews to assess clinical expertise and suitability. Additionally, you will collaborate with healthcare facilities to understand hiring needs, manage compliance processes, engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, and maintain recruitment data using Applicant Tracking Systems. Key Responsibilities: - Sourcing & Screening: Identify qualified candidates for nursing and allied healthcare roles through various platforms.
