US Healthcare Clinical Business Analyst

• Experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in clinical workflows within the US healthcare system.
• In-depth understanding of EHR/EMR systems, clinical documentation, CCDA standards, and HL7/FHIR protocols.
• Skilled in bridging the gap between clinical teams (doctors, nurses, care coordinators) and technical teams to ensure efficient and compliant solutions.
• Proven ability to gather and analyze requirements related to clinical decision support, patient data exchange, care transitions, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, HEDIS, etc.).

Expertise in writing BRDs, workflow diagrams, and conducting UAT for clinical applications
