Job Summary:We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) to join our team in the LED lighting and luminaire manufacturing unit based in Gurgaon. The selected candidates will be provided hands-on training across different functions like production, R&D, quality control, and product design to build a strong foundation for a career in the lighting industry.

Key Responsibilities:Assist in day-to-day operations in manufacturing, assembly, and testing of LED luminaires.

Work closely with production teams to understand processes, efficiency, and product standards.

Support the quality control team in conducting tests, inspections, and audits.

Participate in new product development, including design, prototyping, and validation.

Provide assistance in documentation of production and quality reports.

Analyze root causes of process/product failures and help implement corrective actions.

Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive maintenance and equipment upkeep.

Learn industry-specific standards like BIS, LM79, LM80, etc.

Adhere to safety guidelines and 5S principles within the plant.

Key Skills & Competencies:Strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn

Basic knowledge of LED lighting components, drivers, optics, and PCB assembly

Understanding of manufacturing processes, electrical circuits, and CAD tools (preferred)

Good communication and teamwork skills

Analytical and problem-solving mindset

Willingness to work on shop floor and rotational shifts if required

Educational Qualification:B.E./B.Tech in Electrical  (2023/2025 pass-out preferred)

Experience:01 year (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
