Position: Closing Manager (Direct Sales) Location: Mumbai (Thane Site) Experience: 5+ Years Qualification: Any Graduate; MBA preferred Key Responsibilities: Achieve sales targets (volume & value) Conduct market and feasibility studies for new projects Close deals and manage customer negotiations Oversee post-sales activities and resolve customer issues Coordinate with internal teams for collections, documentation, and society formation Provide insights on project pricing, design, and approvals Ensure timely reporting and escalate key concerns when required Skills: Strong real estate sales and negotiation skills Customer-centric approach with operational know-how Good understanding of market dynamics and regulatory processes
