The Sales Executive position entails the responsibility of promoting and selling products to both potential and existing customers. Your primary duties will include identifying leads, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets to contribute to the company's revenue growth. Your main tasks will involve achieving sales objectives, overseeing team performance, liaising with clients, and addressing inquiries promptly. Additionally, you will be expected to compile sales reports, evaluate market trends, and provide support in training and mentoring the sales team. Generating leads, following up with potential clients, and assisting in the onboarding and ongoing development of the sales staff will also be part of your role. To excel in this position, you must possess a Bachelor's degree, along with at least 1 year of experience in sales and marketing across various sectors. A successful track record in meeting sales targets and managing teams, coupled with leadership abilities to steer your team towards achieving business objectives, will be crucial. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for fostering relationships with agents and clients effectively. The compensation package for this role includes performance bonuses, quarterly bonuses, and yearly bonuses.
