Who are we looking for: Role: Lead Developer Experience: 3-10 years Location: Pune Mandatory Technical Skills: Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field/ MCA. Minimum 3+ years of Java development experience with strong Spring Boot proficiency. Proven experience in designing and developing microservices architecture. Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous messaging Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL / MySQL databases / NoSQL DB(Mongo DB, Casandra DB). Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives. Should Have Skills: Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and serverless computing is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines. Good to have Skills: Design and develop microservices using Spring Boot, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Optimize and refactor existing codebase for improved reliability and performance. Implement best practices for security, authentication, and data protection in microservices architecture. Work closely with DevOps teams. Roles & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain java applications. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for software delivery. Conduct unit and integration testing, debugging, and bug fixing. Integrate java applications with databases using technologies like jdbc, hibernate, or jpa. Optimize application performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency. Create and maintain documentation for code and technical specifications. Implement security best practices to ensure application safety. Stay updated with java trends and apply new knowledge to projects. Utilize frameworks like spring or java ee for efficient development. Follow object-oriented design principles for scalable architecture. Manage version control, deployment, and environment configuration. Collaborate with designers, testers, and other team members.
