Understand customer needs and business requirements through effective communication and propose tailored solutions.
• Provide technical consultation and support during client evaluations and implementations. • Evaluate third-party options and accessories
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for both SIer and end users.
• Gather competitive intelligence and implement effective countermeasures to optimize customer engagement.
.Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while increasing customer touch points • Manage demo samples and provide overall project support.
- Support AVSI for Design project
- Connect with AV consultants for project design.
- Good Communication Skill while presenting to End customer, AVSIs Consultants
• POC (Proof of concept) support to all the sales team
• Support AVSI for implementation of project
• Support to service team to understand features of each product.
• Design training to all Internal and external sale team members.
• On-Site demonstration support to AVSI.
• Preparing of comparison data of each competitor product.
• Having good Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word and Power Point
• Having good Knowledge of Auto cad and other design software.
