About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Factory and Office Coordinator to support the smooth execution of production and delivery operations. This role is vital in bridging factory floor activities and office administration to ensure products are manufactured efficiently, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, an understanding of production workflows, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across departments. Key Responsibilities: Production & Factory Coordination: Coordinate daily production schedules to ensure timely output and delivery Track production progress, report delays, and assist in resolving bottlenecks Monitor quality control procedures and flag issues for immediate action Communicate regularly with production supervisors and floor staff Maintain accurate records of raw materials, finished goods, and inventory levels Ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness, and operational standards on the factory floor Office & Administrative Coordination: Support communication between production, procurement, logistics, and sales teams Maintain documentation including production logs, quality reports, dispatch records, and compliance forms Organize dispatch and delivery schedules, ensuring customer timelines are met Handle internal reporting, purchase orders, and invoice coordination Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and service vendors as needed Track staff attendance, manage basic HR documentation, and support onboarding of factory staff Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred) 2–4 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role within a manufacturing or industrial setting Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, and dispatch workflows Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP experience is a plus Strong verbal and written communication abilities Key Competencies: Attention to detail and a proactive mindset Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Familiarity with basic manufacturing and logistics processes Team player with a hands-on attitude Why Join Us? Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team and grow our Corporate Gifting business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and developing innovative sales and marketing strategies to boost revenue. Key Responsibilities:Sales: Identify and target new business opportunities in various corporate sectors (e.g., IT, finance, FMCG, hospitality). Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. Understand client needs and recommend appropriate gifting solutions (Customised, branded, or themed). create a vendor pool Build vendor relations and get the best possible quotes from them Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and close sales deals Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Marketing: Develop and execute marketing campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness. Collaborate with the team to create promotional materials (brochures, catalogs, emailers, etc.). Maintain digital presence through social media and email marketing. Research market trends and competitor offerings to refine strategies. Client Servicing: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals. Ensure smooth coordination with operations and logistics for timely delivery. Handle post-sale support and address any client concerns or feedback. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate gifting industry. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to think creatively and develop customized gifting solutions. Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Willingness to travel for client meetings or events (as needed). Preferred Skills: Knowledge of branding, merchandising, or packaging. Experience in seasonal campaigns (e.g., Diwali, Christmas, New Year gifting). Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
