About the Role:

We are looking for passionate and knowledgeable female UPSC Content Specialists who have successfully cleared the UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Examination. This is a work-from-office role ideal for individuals who are deeply familiar with the UPSC pattern and are enthusiastic about helping others achieve their IAS dreams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality, original, and exam-oriented content for UPSC CSE (Prelims & Mains) across subjects like Polity, History, Geography, Economy, Environment, Science & Tech, and Current Affairs.
• Develop MCQs, test series, answer keys, and explanations aligned with the UPSC syllabus and latest trends.
• Draft crisp and effective study material, editorial summaries, and topic-wise notes.
• Collaborate with the content and academic team to ensure content quality and accuracy.
• Stay updated with recent UPSC question patterns, government schemes, PIB, Yojana, and relevant editorials.

Requirements:

• Must have cleared UPSC Civil Services Preliminary Examination (any year).
• Strong command over UPSC syllabus and NCERT + standard reference books.
• Excellent written English and ability to explain concepts in a simple, structured manner.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced office environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in Humanities, Public Administration, or similar UPSC-relevant subjects.
• Prior teaching/content creation experience for UPSC or other competitive exams (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in MS Word, Google Docs, and content formatting.
