Were looking for an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager from the Ecommerce/Retail industry who knows the ins and outs of warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should be a dynamic individual with a proven track record of managing high-volume inventory and understanding every operational challenge from inbound to dispatch, especially in a fast-paced online retail environment. Role & responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the warehouse including inbound, storage, inventory management, and dispatch . Manage stocking, SKU-wise inventory accuracy , and ensure strict control on MRP, UPC, and Barcode mapping for each item. Implement effective stock audits, reconciliations, and variance reports. Ensure proper management of batch, expiry, and MRP controls as per retail compliance. Maintain and improve space utilization, stock arrangement, and FIFO systems . Coordinate with ecommerce marketplace teams (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart etc.) for pick-ups, PO appointments, and order dispatches. Lead a team of supervisors, pickers, and packers with clear task delegations and shift management. Track and reduce operational costs while maintaining efficiency. Oversee barcode and labeling systems, maintain data on ERP systems , and support for dispatch documentation. Plan inventory replenishments and fast/slow moving product strategies. Ensure high operational hygiene: housekeeping, safety, security, and vendor management for logistics. Preferred candidate profile 510 years of warehouse management experience in Ecommerce or Modern Retail industry Hands-on knowledge of MRP, UPC, SKU tagging, barcode software (Bartender) is a must. Proficiency in stock management software, Excel, and MIS reporting . Excellent team leadership, planning, and people management skills. Should have handled inventory volume of 1000+ SKUs or high-frequency dispatch environments . Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple daily operational priorities. Familiarity with GST, e-way bills, and ecommerce logistics portals preferred.

Role - Project Manager - MEP Experience - 7+ Years Role - Permanent Role & responsibilities The person will be Responsible for MEP activities, Design Coordination & document management system with all stake holders in department as per company standards for the entire Tech Park of 50-acre campus. The person will have high-quality knowledge on MEP services in construction of Tech Park along with technology & process oriented. Sound Knowledge on Use of softwares like CAD, Revit etc, Energy simulation, Planning tools like MSP, Primavera etc. Latest MEP trends, IER/BEE /AASHRAE/ISHRAE/UPC/NBC etc, Statutory approvals, LEED certified buildings, Grade A + MEP related specifications, Budgeting, DBR, Templates for all documents, Excellent communication skills, Interdepartmental coordination, Managing outsourced consultants, benchmarking of Industry standards in terms of MEP related equipment design efficiencies. SEEK MEP questionnaire from consultants, discuss, debate with PMC & consultants and arrive at the optimum requirements. Present the options and recommendations on MEP Base build related works to management. Verification and accuracy of measurements in RABills certifications. Recording of Joint measurements for the works which are hidden. Ensuring the works are carried out as per the agreed method statements. In process Inspections, Issuing Site instructions & ensure compliances, and recording Checklists. Understanding technical specifications and correlating it with reference to works at site. Raise RFI, Obtain Response and Communicate through Project Manager. Witnessing of physical Stock of materials at site on fortnightly. Responsible for monitoring MEP related works at site as per given GFC drawings. Responsible for getting the MEP As built / coordination drawings from all stake holders for Projects. Collating all the required design documentation and drawings at one place in soft and hard formats. Complete document management system implementation for storage, retrieval& archival of documents, drawings and any other records. To ensure Audits (Quality & EHS) are planned at intervals from PMC/Contractors and get the Audit & compliance reports in place. Prepare / get the shop drawings as and when necessary for the site team to understand on the intent of the work to be executed. Checking the works at site along with drawings and highlight for any deviations etc. Participate in the construction administration of projects for solving queries. Key skills and experience required Should have worked in Tech Park with developers for managing Real estate developments. Should have worked independently in handling Projects of 1 million sft. Technology & Process oriented. Should be a Graduate in Electrical Engineering. Should be computer literate and tech savvy.
