Job Description

Lead the design, development, and optimization of VR/XR applications using Unity3D, especially for Meta Quest, WebXR, and WebGL platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including 3D artists, designers, and backend engineers to create high-performance, interactive environments.Architect and implement modular and scalable codebases, with a focus on clean structure and maintainability.Integrate complex UI/UX workflows tailored for VR and AR devices, including responsive layouts for mobile/web.Optimize 3D assets, shaders, and performance for different hardware constraints, including mobile XR devices.Handle deployment and debugging across platforms (Android, iOS, WebGL, Windows)Implement and manage networked multiplayer systems using Photon Fusion.Stay abreast of the latest trends in VR, AR, WebXR, and immersive UI/UX, and evaluate emerging tools and SDKs for future integration.
