Job Title: Senior Blockchain Engineer Location: Noida Job Type: Full Time Experience: 3 to 4 Years We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Blockchain Engineer with 3-4 years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying blockchain solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building and scaling EVM-compatible blockchains , working with Cosmos SDK , Ethereum , and Tendermint , and a deep understanding of consensus mechanisms , smart contract development , and blockchain scalability including TPS optimization . Key Responsibilities Lead the deployment and configuration of new EVM-compatible blockchains , including Ethereum-based and Cosmos/Tendermint-based networks . Design, develop, and optimize blockchain protocols , consensus algorithms ( PoS, DPoS, PoA ), and network performance to achieve high TPS (transactions per second) and low latency. Develop, deploy, and audit secure smart contracts using Solidity (for EVM chains) and Rust (for non-EVM platforms like Cosmos and Solana). Integrate smart contracts with frontend and backend applications, ensuring seamless interaction and optimal user experience. Work on core blockchain infrastructure , enhancing scalability, gas efficiency, and overall system reliability. Conduct research and development (R&D) to evaluate emerging blockchain technologies, frameworks, and scalability solutions. Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend/backend developers, and DevOps teams to ship new features and maintain blockchain networks. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code , adhering to security best practices. Monitor and optimize blockchain network metrics, including throughput, latency, and resource utilization. Stay updated with the latest blockchain trends, including advances in consensus mechanisms , layer 1 scaling , and inter-blockchain communication (IBC) protocols. Required Skills & Experience 3-4 years of experience in blockchain development with proven expertise in: EVM-compatible blockchain deployment and management . Working knowledge of Cosmos SDK and Tendermint consensus engine . Deep understanding of Ethereum blockchain and Solidity smart contract development . Experience with Rust programming for blockchain development (preferred). Strong knowledge of blockchain consensus mechanisms such as PoS, DPoS, PoA . Hands-on experience optimizing blockchain scalability, performance, and TPS . Integration of smart contracts with frontend frameworks using Web3.js , Ethers.js , or similar libraries. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Experience with R&D , keeping abreast of the latest innovations and incorporating them effectively. Preferred Skills Proficiency in Node.js , React.js , MongoDB , and SQL for blockchain application development. Experience with DevOps practices and tools related to blockchain deployment and management. Understanding of security best practices and experience conducting smart contract audits.
