Role Summary: We are hiring a strategic and hands-on Head of HR to lead all aspects of Human Resources for our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in industrial HR, ensure compliance with Uttar Pradesh labor laws, and help drive a performance-driven, people-first culture. Key Responsibilities: Drive HR strategy, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and career development. Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory rules, and statutory obligations. Oversee payroll, attendance, ESI, PF, and other HR operations. Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary processes. Coordinate with government bodies, inspectors, and local authorities. Lead HR documentation for audits and certifications (e.g., IATF, ISO). Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field. 10+ years of HR experience, with minimum 5 years in a manufacturing environment. In-depth knowledge of Uttar Pradesh labor laws and statutory compliance. Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills. Experience with handling of shop floor workforce.

Role & responsibilities Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies focused on electrical and electronic applications of sheet metal products. Identify new business opportunities, including domestic and export markets. Collaborate with the production and design teams to align product offerings with market needs. Handle technical marketing, preparing brochures, product datasheets, and presentations for clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships with OEMs, panel builders, electrical cabinet manufacturers, and EPC contractors. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability. Represent the company in trade fairs, exhibitions, client meetings, and industry events. Drive lead generation and conversion strategies via both online and offline channels. Monitor and analyze sales trends, prepare reports, and forecast demand. Coordinate with the design and production team to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Preferred candidate profile We are looking a dynamic person result-oriented Marketing Manager with experience in the Electrical and Electronics industry, preferably with a strong background in sheet metal fabrication and component marketing.
