A . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (S)he should be able to empanel travel channels & promote our travel insurance policies through all these travel channels like Travel Agents, Forex partners, Student Consultants, individual agents etc. (S)he will be given a team of Sales Managers/ Sr. Sales Manager. Responsible for Healthy combined ratio & Healthy product P&L for respective location. (S)he should be able to drive business directly and through team members ( through travel channels) (S)he should be able to train the all internal & external team members on product, Process & policy issuance. (S)he should be able to build good repo with all channels & ensure that daily business comes from all key channels & by all team members. (S)he is responsible for timely collection of premium from all channels & also responsible to track the timely payouts paid to all channels. (S)he is responsible for travel product P& L of the location Should be able to motivate team and get desired productivity from all team members. B. MEASURE OF SUCCESS Team Development Target Achievement Stake Holder Management Relationship Building C. Qualification / Experience 5+ years in Travel Insurance Business, Broking Experience can also work. Graduation required any D. Skills Required Candidate should have good oral & written communication skills in English & Local language Person with travel insurance sales experience will have added advantage. Person with airlines/CRS/Forex & other travel related industry experience can also apply. Should be able to manage team & demonstrate team work Should know computer knowledge & MS Excel
