Hands-on experience in developing test plans, test cases, and defect reports is necessary, along with proficiency in using SQL databases to validate data integrity. Effective communication and analytical skills are a must-have for this role. Desired skills include experience with AEMS (Advanced Energy Management System), knowledge of test automation tools like Selenium, Python, or Robot Framework, familiarity with cloud-based power system applications, and expertise in performance testing of real-time power system applications.
