We are looking for a talented and experienced Hairstylist & Beautician to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch services to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Haircutting and Styling: Provide haircuts and hairstyles for both men and women. Create trendy and classic styles as per client preferences. Hair Treatments: Perform treatments like coloring, highlights, smoothening, keratin, rebonding, and perms. Recommend appropriate hair care products and treatments based on client needs. Client Consultation: Understand client preferences and recommend styles or treatments that suit their face shape and hair type. Provide professional advice on hair maintenance and styling. Grooming Services: Offer basic grooming services, including beard trimming and shaving (for male clients). Hygiene and Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation, tools, and overall salon environment. Upselling and Retail: Promote salon products and additional services to enhance client experience and increase sales. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless salon operations and exceptional customer service. Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a hairstylist (preferably unisex). Expertise in cutting, coloring, styling, and various hair treatments. Up-to-date knowledge of hair trends and techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong focus on customer satisfaction and attention to detail.
