Job Summary S’Lure Salon is looking for skilled and creative Unisex Hair Stylists/Barbers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hairstyling, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for providing haircuts, styling, coloring, and grooming services to both male and female clients while maintaining high hygiene and salon standards. Key Responsibilities Consult with clients to understand their hairstyling preferences and recommend suitable styles. Perform haircuts, trims, shaves, styling, coloring, and treatments for men and women. Stay updated with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and salon equipment. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality services with a professional attitude. Upsell salon products and additional services when appropriate. Handle appointments, manage walk-ins, and maintain client records. Follow salon policies, safety protocols, and sanitation guidelines. Qualifications & Skills Education: Graduate (Preferred, but not mandatory if experienced). Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Hair Stylist, Barber, or Hairdresser. Gender Preference: Male (as per company policy). Age Group: 21 - 30 years. Language: Basic English (communication with clients). Technical Skills: Proficiency in cutting, styling, coloring, and hair treatments. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and a customer-centric approach.
