We are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Junior Finance Controller to join our global finance team, based in our India office. This role will support global financial control activities, including consolidation, reporting, and process standardization across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundational understanding of finance and accounting, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work across time zones in a dynamic, international environment. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for global entities Support the global month-end close process, including journal entries, intercompany reconciliations, and accruals Work with international finance teams to gather and review financial data for consistency and accuracy Help maintain and monitor group-level internal controls and compliance with global accounting policies (e.g., IFRS or US GAAP) Participate in variance analysis and management reporting to support strategic decision-making Assist in the development and rollout of global finance processes, tools, and documentation Coordinate with external auditors and support the global audit process Contribute to finance transformation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA Inter, CMA Inter, or MBA Finance preferred) 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, audit, or corporate finance, ideally in a multinational or shared services environment Solid understanding of core accounting principles and financial control processes Experience working with global teams and across time zones is a plus Strong Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) is an advantage Proficiency in English, both written and verbal Key Competencies: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn High standards of integrity and professionalism Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global team environment

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Assistant to support our day-to-day general accounting operations. Based in our India office, this role will be responsible for a variety of accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
