As a Systems Engineering Practitioner, your primary responsibility will be to design and develop engineering systems related to physical products. This includes defining feature functionality, engineering architecture, system integrations, simulations, and test methods. Additionally, you will be involved in managing feature plan implementation and conducting design failure mode effect analysis (DFMEA) to ensure the efficiency and reliability of the systems. Your role will require you to possess expertise in Unified Communication and Collaboration Implementation, which is a critical skill set for this position. Your proficiency in this area will enable you to effectively contribute to the successful integration of engineering architecture and system simulations. In this role, you will be expected to act as a subject matter expert (SME) and collaborate with the team to drive performance. You will have the responsibility of making team decisions, engaging with multiple teams, and providing problem-solving solutions across various teams. Moreover, you will play a key role in managing feature plan implementation, conducting DFMEA, and ensuring the seamless integration of engineering systems. To excel in this position, you must have a strong understanding of engineering systems and product development, experience in system integrations and simulations, as well as knowledge of test methods and failure analysis techniques. While experience with project management tools and methodologies is considered a good-to-have skill, proficiency in Unified Communication and Collaboration Implementation is a must. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Unified Communication and Collaboration Implementation. You should have a good knowledge of the JavaScript language and expertise in the Cypress Automation Framework through BDD. It is essential to be well-versed with GIT repositories and have expertise in RESTful API Automation and UI Automation. Additionally, experience in Performance Testing using Gatling is required.
