You are an experienced Branch Manager sought by STFT Finance Pvt. Ltd. for their branch located in Zirakpur. STFT Finance Pvt. Ltd. is an RBI-registered NBFC specializing in small business loans, offering unsecured business loans and secured loans (LAP) to the self-employed borrower segment. Established in 2019 by senior professionals from the NBFC and Banking sectors, the company emphasizes empowering individuals and providing growth opportunities within the organization. Your responsibilities as a Branch Manager will include managing a team of 8-10 Sales Officers, driving business growth in LAP and Unsecured Business loans, achieving sales and collections targets, building and nurturing relationships with Channel partners and external stakeholders, overseeing loan origination, approvals, and disbursements, collaborating with Credit, Operations & Clients for efficient case closure, ensuring customer service excellence, assisting in portfolio risk management, managing collections from overdue customers, recruiting, retaining, and training staff for location growth, and ensuring overall cost management and policy compliance at the Branch. To excel in this role, you should possess 8-12 years of relevant sales experience in the NBFC/Banking industry, a deep understanding of LAP & Unsecured Business Loans/Small Business Loans products, proficiency in team management, a minimum of 3-4 years of local sales experience in the relevant location, familiarity with the latest underwriting practices and tools in the small ticket lending industry, and a commitment to ensuring policy compliance.,
