Title - UK Customer Support (DCI)
Location - Mohali 67 (On-site)
Salary - Up to 30K CTC
5.5 Days working (Rotational shifts)
9 hours shift + Cabs ( pick and drop)
Responsibilities:-
- Assisting and working with fleet and compliance.
- The role is of allocating routes and vans to the drivers. It the allocation should be a perfect
combination that complies with drivers schedule.
- Monitoring the performance of Delivery Team.
- Consider various factors like driver requests, driver location, the actual route etc.
- Monitoring attendance and dealing with any issues.
- Must have strong analytical skills and strong on excel and data management.
- Immediate joining preferred.
