Job Description:

We seek a creative and passionate UI/UX Intern to join our design team. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced designers and developers to create user-centred designs for our digital products. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in conducting user research and gathering requirements.

Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualise design concepts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the design aligns with business and user needs.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.

Assist in usability testing and incorporate feedback into designs.

Maintain design consistency across all platforms and devices.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and your design process.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

A basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly.

This is an internship with the opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance. Upon successful completion and evaluation, candidates may be offered a full-time position with a starting salary of 3-4 LPA.
