Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced UI/UX Faculty to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI/UX design and education, with the ability to inspire and mentor students in their journey to become skilled designers.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver engaging UI/UX curriculum for students.
Conduct lectures, workshops, and hands-on projects to facilitate learning.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Collaborate with the academic team to enhance the course content and materials.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
2-7 years of experience in UI/UX design or education.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, and InVision.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
