UI/UX designer

Job Title: UI/UX Designer (3 Years Experience)

Job Description: We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with 3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and translate insights into engaging design solutions. If you're passionate about design and have hands-on experience with Figma, we’d love to connect.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define requirements and design goals
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile apps
• Design clean, consistent, and user-friendly interfaces aligned with brand and usability guidelines
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
• Iterate based on feedback and ensure a smooth hand-off to developers
• Maintain and evolve design systems and UI component libraries
• Stay updated with design trends and tools, and share best practices with the team

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design projects.
• Expertise in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping)
• Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
• Strong grasp of user-centered design and UX best practices
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile environments
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

• Graphic design skills (branding, marketing creatives, social media assets)
• Experience with Adobe XD and other Adobe Creative Suite tools
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Motion design or animation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
