Job Description

You are an ambitious UI-UX Designer with experience in Photoshop, Figma, Adobe XD, and Illustrator. Your primary responsibility will be to create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback. Your tasks will include creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups. You will translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces. Additionally, you will understand product specifications and identify user touchpoints/interactions through various journeys. As part of your role, you will create original graphic designs such as images, sketches, and tables. You will conduct remote and on-site usability testing with real users to ensure the end-product design provides users with an optimum experience in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, and engagement. Furthermore, you will develop wireframes and task flows based on user needs. Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with other designers, product design and development teams, business analysts, engineers, and project managers to create intuitive, user-friendly software. You will be responsible for creating and iterating core UX design deliverables. It is essential for you to keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends to ensure your designs are innovative and competitive.,
