UI/UX Designer

• Design intuitive, visually appealing UI for web and mobile platforms that enhance user experience
• Create and maintain wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma or equivalent tools
• Translate complex business requirements into clean, simple, and functional design solutions
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and performance standards are met across all digital touchpoints

Support BUs in translating business needs into effective digital interfaces:

• Work closely with developers to ensure feasibility, implementation accuracy, and cross-browser compatibility
• Provide design support for landing pages, microsites, widgets, and campaign-based interfaces
• Collect feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs accordingly
• Collaborate with BUs and internal stakeholders to understand goals, user journeys, and functional requirements

Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design enhancements:

• Conduct periodic user testing and feedback sessions to evaluate design effectiveness
• Utilize Google Analytics, heatmaps, and session recordings to understand user behavior
• Drive design improvements based on usage insights, pain points, and performance metrics

• Document findings and present UX recommendations to relevant teams

Maintain UI consistency and ensure adherence to G&B brand guidelines:

- Create and manage a scalable design system and component library

• Ensure consistency in layout, typography, color palette, and interaction patterns across all digital properties
• Act as a guardian of visual brand consistency across departments and platforms

Collaborate cross-functionally with tech, content, and marketing teams:
-Participate in agile sprints and ensure design tasks are tracked and delivered as per project plans

• Align regularly with the digital and IT teams for technical validation and implementation of design solutions
• Support documentation, user guides, and UI/UX onboarding for internal stakeholders
• Partner with front-end developers, content creators, and digital marketers to co-create user-centric experiences
