Job Description: Ship high-fidelity designs of new features/pages and quickly prototype solutions. Someone who has an eye for details, and balances visual, innovation, and usability. Passion for digital product development. Experience in Product Design, Design Thinking, and Usability Principals is a must. Managing more than one design brief at a time and allocating the relevant amount of time according to the value of the job Strong practical experience and comprehensive knowledge of industry-leading software and technologies, such as Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator and After Effects, Figma, and Adobe XD. Solid design background with advanced understanding of typography, color theory +interface design/ layout, with a strong understanding of the printing process (previous experience a must) Advanced understanding of social media and the latest trends associated with the technology (research when needed) Detail-oriented and self-motivated, organized, dependable, proactive nature with great communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment with multiple projects going on at the same time and under tight deadlines. Build an environment for the creative team to work in and oversee their ideas and projects Take responsibility for the creative philosophy and the standard of output across the agency or department Develop ideas for advertising or promotional campaigns Pitching concepts to clients if you work at an agency, or presenting to directors if you work in-house Overseeing several projects from start to finish, keeping to deadlines, and signing off on these projects before they are presented Liaising with clients to keep them informed and to highlight any issues Understanding the commercial aspects of the agency or marketing department Hiring and managing the creative team.
