Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Collaborate with Product Owners and Development teams to ensure backlog readiness. Remove blockers and facilitate smooth delivery of sprint goals. Promote Agile best practices and coach team members on Agile principles. Support a culture of continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback loops. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for dependency management and release planning. Ability to address team conflicts, misunderstandings, and tensions constructively. Required Qualifications: 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment Solid knowledge of Scrum, Agile principles, and the software development lifecycle. Experience using Agile tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps. Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills Certified Scrum Master (CSM) (preferred). Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred). Preferred Attributes: Experience working with product-based teams. Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative product development cycles.
