Job Title: ServiceNow Developer Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in developing and managing the ServiceNow platform, particularly in IT Service Management (ITSM) and Scoped Applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in ServiceNow integrations, Agile methodologies, and platform administration to deliver effective business automation solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on ITSM and Scoped Applications. Design and implement integration solutions using key ServiceNow technologies, including Integration Hub, Single Sign-On (SSO), REST APIs, SOAP, MID Server, and email integrations. Collaborate in Agile and Scrum development processes to deliver high-quality software solutions. Execute data loading and migration into ServiceNow from third-party systems using Web Services and Import Sets. Develop and maintain UI components such as UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, UI Macros, and Business Rules. Create and manage workflows, Flow Designer processes, and Catalog Items to automate business processes effectively. Perform platform administration tasks, including reporting, creating database views, and managing SQL queries within ServiceNow. Produce detailed technical documentation, including design specifications and user manuals for ongoing reference and knowledge sharing. Implement low-code and low-complexity solutions to meet business automation requirements efficiently. Work closely with project managers, process analysts, and team leads to identify project risks and ensure timely delivery of solutions. Qualifications: Proven hands-on development experience in ServiceNow, particularly ITSM modules and Scoped Applications. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integration technologies such as Integration Hub, SSO, REST/SOAP services, MID Server, and email. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies in software development projects. Solid expertise in integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems. Skilled in UI scripting and ServiceNow platform development components (UI Actions, Policies, Business Rules, Workflows, Flow Designer, Catalog Items). Familiarity with ServiceNow platform administration, reporting, and SQL/database views. Ability to create clear technical documentation and user guides. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement scalable automation solutions. Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

Role and Summary Statement We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with strong administration, development, and support skills on ServiceNow SAM/HAM. The ServiceNow Developer role will work closely with business and product teams to achieve the desired outcome within the Agile Methodology. RESPONSIBILITIES Will be responsible to develop and implement different ServiceNow applications and integrations from initiation to completion, tailored to the customer requirements. Creation/implementation/modification of ServiceNow SAM/HAM/others components. Maintain technical documentation and assist/participate in QA and user training activities. Understanding of the project delivery lifecycle and processes and their implementation. Scripting (JavaScript) for different modules for writing Rules, Updating/creating workflows, APIs etc. Lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow SAM Pro, including initial setup and configuration. Customize and configure ServiceNow SAM Pro to meet specific organizational needs. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and implement publisher-specific packs and plugins as needed for software management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SaaS applications with ServiceNow SAM Pro. Manage and oversee the entitlement upload process for in-scope software publishers. Perform regular reconciliation of deployment details received from integration sources. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to ServiceNow SAM Pro implementation and integrations. Create and maintain documentation, including technical specifications and user guides. Provide training and support to end-users and ensure effective adoption of ServiceNow SAM Pro. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and ServiceNow updates to optimize the software asset management process. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of software asset management processes. Understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation, and delivery of high-quality solutions to our customers. Solving complex problems in a highly dynamic and agile environment. Having a strong focus on code quality and reusability. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering or MCA or an equivalent education. 5-7 years of relevant experience in design and development with ServiceNow platform. Proficiency in scripting including JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular with experience in REST API integration will be a plus. Proficiency with ServiceNow framework and good understanding of UI Scripting, UI Action, UI Policy, UI Macro, Business Rules, Workflow development, ServiceNow administration, Reporting in ServiceNow, SQL, Database view in ServiceNow. Experience across Waterfall and Agile project methodologies. Dynamic team player with good verbal and written communication. Experience on one or more ITSM, CSM or other SNOW modules. Implementations will be a big plus. RPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: ITIL Certified. ServiceNow CSA. ServiceNow CAD. Any additional ServiceNow certifications will be a plus Do 1.
