Hiring: UI Lead Vue.js Location: Pune / Hyderabad (Onsite – Full Time) Experience: 8+ Years Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of front-end developers to deliver high-performance, scalable UI applications Contribute hands-on to the development process using Vue.js , JavaScript , HTML , and CSS/SASS/LESS Collaborate with UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to implement sleek and responsive user interfaces Maintain high standards for code quality, test coverage, and performance Drive UI architecture decisions, component reusability, and performance optimization Utilize UI testing frameworks to ensure robust and reliable front-end applications Must-Have Skills: Expert-level Vue.js experience (3+ years recent Vue.js experience preferred) Strong core JavaScript fundamentals (ES6+), DOM manipulation, and event handling Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 , and pre-processors like SASS/LESS Experience with UI testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress, or similar) Prior experience in a leadership role with code reviews, mentoring, and stakeholder communication Strong understanding of modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn) Nice to Have: Experience with TypeScript Exposure to Vuex, Vue Router , or modern Vue 3 composition API Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices
