As a ServiceNow Developer at Daimler, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform in modules such as ITSM, ITOM, Service Request Management, Integrations, Custom Reporting, Customer Service Management, and Service Portal. You should have experience working in an agile environment and following agile practices, contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle. Ideally, you would have completed 1-2 projects in modules like CSM, FSM, HRSD, TSM, TSOM, Retail Core, or S2P. Your primary skills should include designing, configuring, and customizing the ServiceNow platform, with expertise in ITSM, ITOM, Service Request Management, and Integrations. You should be skilled in implementing Customer Portal and Employee Center Portal features, working on case management workflows, and utilizing AI search and predictive intelligence GenAI features. Experience in the latest UX/UI features, developing custom and Out-of-the-Box widgets, and building/configuring mobile apps in ServiceNow is essential. Additionally, you should possess integration skills with hands-on REST API development work and be able to prepare and produce software releases. Any certification related to ServiceNow would be beneficial for this role. You should also demonstrate proficiency in custom application development within the ServiceNow platform, configuration of ITOM and ITBM modules, service requests, portals, service catalogs, and customizations including Server and Client Scripts, UI Action, workflow administration, data import, etc. Experience in setting up ServiceNow integrations (LDAP, SSO, Email, etc.), gathering requirements, implementing them, writing test cases, and automated tests in ServiceNow is required. Knowledge of modifying, adding, changing Forms, Fields, UI Actions, and administrative aspects of ServiceNow will be an added advantage. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting continuous improvement by exploring alternatives and technologies and presenting them for architectural review.
