Immediate to 15 days joiners preferred About the Role Were looking for a Product Writer who can shape both the product experience and the stories we tell around it. This isnt just about microcopy (though we love a good tooltip)—it’s about how language flows through everything a user sees, touches, or feels across our platform. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to bring clarity, consistency, and context to every interaction—and collaborate with content teams to ensure a unified brand voice. What You’ll Do Write clear, concise, and intuitive UI copy across the product (buttons, errors, tooltips, , etc.) Craft transactional and behavioural emails triggered by user actions Develop in-app messages, feature tours, and onboarding flows Collaborate with design, product, tech, and content teams to uphold our tone of voice Support product documentation, help content, and in-product feature stories Assist in naming conventions, glossary development, and writing guidelines Test and iterate copy based on feedback, data, or user research Support marketing or platform-wide messaging initiatives What You Bring 3–5 years of experience writing product or UX copy for digital platforms A portfolio that reflects versatility—from UI microcopy to feature explainers Deep understanding of user-centred design and how language drives behaviour A knack for balancing clarity with creativity Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams Bonus: Experience with SaaS, community platforms, CMS, or Figma
