UI and UX Designer

As a member of our team, you will work closely with various stakeholders to develop and implement innovative solutions for our product's direction, visuals, and overall user experience. Your role will involve understanding complex business objectives, product and technical details, and interaction design principles in order to create engaging and effective experiences for our customers. You will also be responsible for conducting research, creating user journey maps, task flows, interaction models, and storyboards to guide the development process. In this position, you will oversee the team's work and ensure the quality of deliverables, while also using your creative problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively. Additionally, you will be involved in developing and managing user mapping, user experience guidelines, and acceptance criteria to maintain consistency and quality across our products.
