Role & responsibilities Need hands on experience with creating and developing Shopify store websites Basic design ui/ux experience is a plus Liquid coding on stores built on Shopify from scratch Worked on Shopify plus is another thing that'll be appreciated, not a prerequisite Key Skills Develop, customize, and maintain Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Build custom features and functionalities using Shopify APIs (REST & GraphQL). Integrate third-party apps and APIs to enhance store capabilities. Optimize storefront performance, SEO, and UX across all devices. Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing technical support for Shopify stores. Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders to implement eCommerce solutions. Implement A/B testing and analytics tracking to improve store conversion rates. Develop or modify Shopify apps to meet client-specific requirements. Work with Shopify Plus clients to implement advanced customizations and checkout flows. Liquid, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SASS Shopify REST & Graph APIs ThemeKit, Shopify CLI, Git Headless Commerce (Hydrogen, Storefront API) [if applicable] Familiarity with tools like Klaviyo, ReCharge, Yotpo, etc. Agile/Scrum development environment
