What You’ll Do: Script and strategize UGC ads that convert Direct creators and guide shoot style, tone & delivery Work with editors to bring ideas to life Analyse ad performance and double down on what works Stay on top of trends across beauty, lifestyle, food & D2C Who You Are: 1–3 years of experience in UGC/content/performance roles Knows what makes someone stop scrolling — and buy Comfortable writing hooks, giving creative direction, and working with creators Understands Meta Ads & what performs on short-form platforms Bonus if you’ve: Edited or scripted high-performing UGC ads Worked on campaigns in beauty, lifestyle, or wellness Expected Salary- 35k to 45k Show more Show less
