We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer 1 to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing their skills. Roles and Responsibility Design and develop high-quality visual materials for various mediums, including print, digital, and social media. Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and execute innovative marketing campaigns. Create compelling graphics, illustrations, and logos that align with the company's brand identity. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's brand guidelines and messaging. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design or a related field. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, color theory, and typography. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results under pressure. Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing designs.
