About the Role: We are looking for a talented and results-driven Meta Ad Creative Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command over design software, video editing tools, and an in-depth understanding of what makes an ad creative convert in today’s digital landscape. You will be responsible for crafting high-performing visuals and video creatives for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) that drive engagement, generate leads, and convert audiences effectively. Key Responsibilities: Design static and motion ad creatives for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) that align with client goals and industry trends Edit and produce short-form video content optimized for mobile-first ad formats Collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective creative concepts Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in ad creatives to deliver high-converting visual assets Continuously test and iterate on creative ideas based on ad performance data Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards Required Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools Deep understanding of what makes a good ad creative (hook, copy layout, visual storytelling, CTA placement) Experience creating performance-driven designs for Meta Ads campaigns Ability to analyze creative performance and adapt based on data insights Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in ad creative design or digital marketing agency preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Work Location: In person
