Ad Creative Designer

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and results-driven Meta Ad Creative Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command over design software, video editing tools, and an in-depth understanding of what makes an ad creative convert in today’s digital landscape. You will be responsible for crafting high-performing visuals and video creatives for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) that drive engagement, generate leads, and convert audiences effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design static and motion ad creatives for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) that align with client goals and industry trends
• Edit and produce short-form video content optimized for mobile-first ad formats
• Collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to understand campaign objectives and translate them into effective creative concepts
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in ad creatives to deliver high-converting visual assets
• Continuously test and iterate on creative ideas based on ad performance data
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
• Strong video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools
• Deep understanding of what makes a good ad creative (hook, copy layout, visual storytelling, CTA placement)
• Experience creating performance-driven designs for Meta Ads campaigns
• Ability to analyze creative performance and adapt based on data insights
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in ad creative design or digital marketing agency preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
