BMC TrueSight configuration and administration 2. Event Management and Montoring configuration 3. Support for for TrueSight integrations 4. ITIL knowledge Good-to-Have 1. Remedy Experience 2. TrueSight (mrl) alert handling development 3. Application Monitoring tools (e.g. TrueSight Synthetic, Application Dynamics,New Relic,DataDog) 4. Automation tools (e.g. TrueSight Orchestration) 5.
