Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for Windows operating systems, specifically Windows 10 and 11, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Experience with remote desktop support tools to provide efficient and effective user support. Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy management for user account and permission control. Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP to troubleshoot connectivity issues. Proven experience in technical support or a related field. Excellent troubleshooting abilities and a strong attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. A positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.
