Demonstrable expertise in the practical application of portable vibration analysers/data collectors, accelerometers (mounting techniques are critical), and associated analysis software. 4. Strong theoretical foundation and practical application knowledge of vibration analysis principles, including FFT interpretation, time waveform analysis, envelope analysis, and diagnosing faults in rotating machinery (especially bearings, shafts, couplings) and associated structures. 5. Experience working directly on large rotating machinery; specific experience with conveyor systems is highly desirable. 6.
