Roles and Responsibilities : Design, configure, and maintain IBM OpenPages (v8.1/8.2), including workflows, triggers, task views, JSP Helpers, and core objects and data models. Collaborate with project teams, IT Application Support, end-users, and IBM Solution Architects to enhance the Model Risk Inventory system. Translate business requirements from User Stories, Use Cases, and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) into technical solutions. Partner with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Platform Architects to identify and implement necessary changes and features. Analyze complex problems and provide logical, innovative, and scalable technical solutions. Optimize automation within the design, development, and operational life cycles to reduce manual intervention, including making decisions on appropriate tools and practices. Work closely with the Agile Lead to ensure the efficient flow of backlog items and change activities. Contribute to system stability and performance through proactive configuration and continuous improvement. Experience Requirements : 8-12 years of hands-on experience with IBM OpenPages, including system configuration, workflow development, triggers, and custom development (JSP Helpers, etc.). Advanced programming skills in Java/J2EE. Proficiency in front-end technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Strong knowledge of Oracle databases and WebSphere Application Server (WAS). Experience working in Agile delivery frameworks. Solid understanding of technical architecture and the ability to drive the creation of robust technical design solutions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with stakeholders. Experience developing task-focused UIs in OpenPages. Domain knowledge in Model Risk Governance (MRG). Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins. Familiarity with batch jobs and shell scripting. Education: B.Tech M.Tech (Dual), B.Tech, M. Tech.
