This role will play a key part in financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business performance and growth. Job Responsibilities are- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Prepare monthly departmental P&L statements, ensuring accurate financial reporting and analysis for decision-making. Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making. Timely updating and preparing the financials of the organization as per the management requirement. Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results against forecasts and provide actionable insights. Partner with business units to drive financial performance and cost efficiencies. Analyze key financial and operational metrics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Assist in ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as required. Have touchbase on monthly books closing, ensuring accuracy and completeness in financial reporting. Processing the individual and companys expenses in cash and credit card system for project requirements. Preparing the accounts payable report and sharing the report with Management for Payment release and for the financial planning reports. Required skills, qualifications and experience Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or semi qualified or qualified CA preferred 4+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or related fields. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with financial planning tools (e.g., SAP, Quickbooks or similar) is a plus. Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
