We are currently seeking a Treasury Assistant (fo a fixed term period ) to join our Finance/Insurance team in Gurugram and contribute to our proven success. Responsibilities Join SoftwareOne's Global Treasury team in Gurugram, working closely with a two-person team and reporting to the Global Treasury Manager in Switzerland. The role involves tasks in Infrastructure & Cash Management, Corporate Finance, Treasury Controlling & Reporting, and Market Risk & Liquidity Management. Treasury back and middle office administration Verification of treasury transactions, confirmation of FX trades, and regulatory reporting Banking operations like balancing electronic account statements "MT940" Support in Hedge Accounting for single deal hedging programs Treasury month-end reporting and cash reporting Support in bank management Administration of bank account opening and closing processes Management of online banking profiles (adding and modifying users/profiles) Maintaining and reviewing bank signing rights Support in other treasury tasks 3-5 years of Experience in a Global Treasury environment working with international teams and collaborators Ability to follow and work as per the description in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Technical, analytical, and review skills paired with attention to detail as per the SOP Great teammate with a hands-on working style and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work independently within the defined range of responsibilities Strong communication skills, proficient in English both written and orally Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Navision Experience with Treasury Management Systems, preferably ITS from ION Ability to manage web-based tools such as online eBanking portals and Finastra matching services Join us at SoftwareOne and be part of an exceptionally dedicated team in a role where you can truly make a difference!
