Job Description

Role & Responsibilities: Interact with potential customers to understand their travel requirements. Suggest personalized travel itineraries and recommend suitable packages. Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective sales techniques Coordinate with suppliers (hotels, transport, etc.) to ensure smooth travel arrangements. Manage the end-to-end travel process from inquiry to post-trip support. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM. Consistently work towards meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets. Preferred Candidate Profile: Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage). 12 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality sector. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi . Confident, proactive, and target-oriented personality. Passionate about travel and customer service. Familiarity with travel destinations and itinerary planning is a plus.
